Rebalizing Solutions LLC provides professional development, CEU courses, and strategic consulting. While our CEU courses are NAB-approved, it is the sole responsibility of the professional to ensure that specifically completed courses meet the renewal requirements of their respective state boards.

3. Payment & Refunds

All payments for courses, memberships, and packages are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract. Due to the digital nature of our educational content, all CEU course purchases are final and non-refundable once content has been accessed. Consulting packages are subject to terms outlined in their specific service agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, module structures, and "Digital Twin" technology implementations, is the proprietary property of Rebalizing Solutions LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without express written permission.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as exact census growth or retention percentages, as these remain dependent on external market factors and internal facility implementation.
