Digital CEU Courses
Due to the immediate access and proprietary nature of our NAB-approved digital courses, all purchases are non-refundable once the course has been accessed or any materials have been viewed from the member portal.
If you have purchased a course by error and have not yet accessed any content, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the original purchase.
Strategic Consulting Packages
Consulting services, including the "Legacy Growth," "Census Excellence," and "Retention Infrastructure" bundles, are governed by the specific terms of your signed Engagement Agreement.
Strategic setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Ongoing monthly retainers require a 30-day written notice for cancellation after the completion of your initial 3-month strategic term.
